Your Question:  I was told by someone in your office that it would cost $2,000. for my first visit.  How much of that would be covered by insurance?  I have United Healthcare.

Response:  Hormone treatment can be as little as $250.00 (straightforward problem and adjustment of hormones) or as much as $2,000.00 if the patient has severe hormone reactions (migraines, asthma and others).

Your health insurance covers lab costs (($300 to $600.00, depending on what hormones are examined).
